• If your artwork is damaged in shipping, please contact me within the initial 48 hours of receipt. If it is an original artwork, I will see if it can be fixed. If it cannot, I will send a new order to replace the damaged order as soon as the original order is received.

• If the artwork received is not what was ordered, please contact me within 72 hours, and the correct artwork will be sent to you at no extra expense.

• If you are not satisfied with your artwork, returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
