If your artwork is damaged in shipping, please contact me within the initial 48 hours of receipt. If it is an original artwork, I will see if it can be fixed. If it cannot, I will send a new order to replace the damaged order as soon as the original order is received.
If the artwork received is not what was ordered, please contact me within 72 hours, and the correct artwork will be sent to you at no extra expense.
If you are not satisfied with your artwork, returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
